Does Jump Street have a physical store?

Not at the moment, we may open a store in future if required. We are trading online only with our range being dispatched from our Geelong, VIC warehouse.

Do you accept returns?

Yes of course! Our range including come our affiliated retailers accept returns. However, this can be inconvenient for you, so please select the right size and fit as best as possible. Please note, return policies vary between our store and retailers with return shipping costs bared by the purchaser in some cases.

Do you provide International Shipping?

We can ship almost anywhere, we have a flat rate fee for intentional shipping. However, these can differ between our affiliated retailers.

The Buy Now Button refers me to another website?

This is by design? Shoes can be sold-out very quickly. To bring you the best range of basketball shoes available in Australia, we have teamed up with many Australian retailers and some International stores so that you can buy the shoe you want at the price you want.

Do you have other sizes available?

If the shoe size you are looking for is not available through the Jump Street store, then we do not have any other sizes available.

I cannot find the shoes I am after, can you order them in?

In many cases we cannot order more shoes, manufacturers deliberately make only a limited number of shoes per design. When these sell out, that is it! This is especially evident in popular colorways and retro’s.

UK or US sizes, which one should I order in Australia.

Both are perfectly fine! All you need to do is use the conversion chart, all shoes come with a US, UK and Asian size. You can order in any size, just make sure you relate this with your true size.

For example:  UK 9 is exactly the same as a US10
