Before gracing our Australian stores during the last quarter of 2017, the designers of the Air Jordan 32 basketball shoes were asked to purchased the limits of design and create something never seen all while staying true to the Jordan Brand DNA.
In our opinion the designers have definitely met the design brief creating head turning shoe that performs like a race car yet when you see it you know there is only one manufacturer who would put that much research and development into such a sneaker – This is the Jordan XXXII (32).
The style is reminiscent of the Italian inspired Jordan 2, however offers a technical balance with modern lines. The sneaker is offered in both high-top and low cut designs for thos who prefer either profiles will be satisfied.
Built with high-yielding materials, the Air Jordan 32’s bring a fitted flyknit upper which boosts a new
level of performance and comfort for basketball shoes. Slightly more flexible than previous AJ uppers, the 32’s knitted structure will reduce any forefoot stiffness which some Jordans are renowned bringing a modern tweak with a secure fit. The intricate craft of the knit is seamlessly combined with a traditional touch of the molded leather or suede at the heel wrap.
Out hats go off to the head designer – Tate Kuerbis who said – “We obsess the style in a way that puts many of the performance elements under the hood, so to speak,” – An example of this hides within the shoe laces which disappear into the flyknit structure which is further supperted by a webbing and harness on the underside which gives you that total “locked in” feeling.
